Next Jump Co-CEO Update: July + August 2017 (ISSUE 8)

What has happened to the world? Governments seem to be in chaos. Terrorism is rising. Even the largest of companies seem fragile and at risk of dying. News and information is plentiful but can you trust it with all the fake news? Next Jump is being called on by the Navy, Air Force, CIA, F1000 businesses, education, sports, medicine, nonprofits, startups…asking for help on their culture…how do we turn our organization into a “developmental culture,” in order to build “Adaptive Learning Teams.”

Next Jump Co-CEO Update: May + June

We are being called on more than ever since the book was published to share what it takes to be a DDO. From the CNO of the Navy, to the Head of the Air Force, to almost every F1000 organization, creating a developmental culture is at the heart of what they are trying to accomplish. In WORK 3.0, all HR software needs to upgrade. Next Jump has built the technology for our own use and is now sharing it with other companies to help them upgrade their systems (feedback, recognition, hiring, evals, etc.)

Next Jump Co-CEO Update: March + April

Just last week, Tom, Greg, Meghan and I were invited to attend part of the 3 day Leadership Training program for Jamie Dimon’s (CEO of JPMC) operating committee, the top 20 leaders running JPMC. The first half of the day, Meghan and I coached this team of leaders on the Moneyball of Leadership. Responses ranged from “This is so practical, I need this help immediately” to “How can I get more of this”.
